This is done to re-enforce the program is not a lecture but an interactive way of improving communication skills.

We will also show how best to stand during an interview, speech or presentation and emphasize the proper body language for answering questions. Participants will also learn the importance of knowing your audience, personalization (using teammates first and last names rather than referring to them by position or class). In addition, we will conduct a mock group interview where participants will answer questions posed from their teammates who will be role playing as members of the media, team officials, fans or alumni. We will also offer a mock call-in town hall or radio talk show to explain the differnces in media and how to handle left-field of off-the way questions. Understanding the impact of "MySpace," "Facebook", text messaging and emailing.
